Madisonville Veterinary Hospital now has a Companion Therapy Laser System. This FDA approved deep-penetrating light allows relief of pain through the release of endorphins and stimulates the injured cells to heal at a faster rate. The Laser System allows for your pet to heal faster after surgery or any traumatic injury. It can help ease the pain and improve mobility with conditions such as arthritis, hip dysplasia, degenerative joint disease. Also, it has been used in every day disorders such as lick granulomas and chronic ear infections that may cause severe pain and discomfort.
